Over the past few months we have become aware of an organization that is apparently making aggressive solicitation phone calls. Due to similar names, they are often being mistaken for our organization. It is our understanding that the other organization is under investigation by the attorney general’s office in at least one state. They have also been sent a letter from our Trademark attorneys due to the apparent confusion. Our organization does not make this type of solicitation calls. If you would like to address this further, we would encourage you to contact the attorney general’s office in your state to report this matter. If we can clarify this any further, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
